That happened to me too - I'd been shooting with a D40x for years.....just upgraded to the 7100 in mid-Oct. Was infatuated for precisely one week....took my new baby out for a foliage shoot and was asked to shoot a photo for someone who handed me her 750. GULP - it was love at first press. I returned the 7100, emptied the wallet, and am now shooting the 750.

I will say - not a single regret. Poorer, yes, but worth it.
