Thanks!!! This type of shooting is a work in progress for me - it's fun and challenging (especially when the dance floor is full) and I'm slowly getting better...I shoot raw and do a lot of adjusting in post (LR, tho I've recently added DXO Optics Pro, just haven't figure out how to best add it to my workflow)...it gives me some creative bandwidth with the photos...

Who needs flash when you can crank up the ISO to 12,800? Also helps to shoot at f/1.8 and 1/30 sec (thanks steady hands).
