Don, would you keep all of that info to yourself. I am just now getting the D7100 upgrade. I really don't need any more turmoil in wanting something else. Ha!!

I am wanting to upgrade pretty soon. The more I learn about the D750 the more I like it. The fact that it pairs with the D7100 so well is a big plus for me. Will be easier to go between the two cameras better.

This is probably true, but until I can find a suc... er I mean someone willing to trade a D750 for my D5300, I am out of luck. Ha!

This camera does really focus in really low light. Not only does it focus, it focuses fast. I mean it just snaps to it. Did not hunt once last night. Took around a 160 shots.

Why did I even look at this post just got the 7100

That happened to me too - I'd been shooting with a D40x for years.....just upgraded to the 7100 in mid-Oct. Was infatuated for precisely one week....took my new baby out for a foliage shoot and was asked to shoot a photo for someone who handed me her 750. GULP - it was love at first press. I returned the 7100, emptied the wallet, and am now shooting the 750.

I will say - not a single regret. Poorer, yes, but worth it. :)
