One of the reasons for correcting your spelling before you post.........confusion! See the difference between ballon and balloon?

Timing quick events like this is a challenge. Some people use sound activated shutter triggers and such. If you have a lot of balloons and perseverance, it is possible with some concentration, practice and good luck as you have demonstrated.
The first thing I'd do is to hang the balloon from something, like a tree branch or a boom of some kind to get a better background and possibly better splashes too. Shoot from a low angle and the sky will be your background. Experiment with a flash; it is capable of stopping the droplets better than the shutter can.
Don't give up, I want to see more of your balloon shots.
