This is known as Boy with the Leaky Boot. They did not have it running but water should be coming out of the bottom of the boot. Milton Hershey bought it for his original garden. I should be able to get it running later this year.

They look like weeping willows to me. We have a lot of them along the Susquehanna River.

That's what I think it is but I have enough trouble figuring out the birds I shoot so I gave up on trees and wildflower ID.
