I just purchased the Nikkor 105 vr micro, repurchased a tamron 70-200 vc, and purchased the sigma 35 1.4 art.....

Wife is a little unhappy :-D

Well the tammy and sigma are en route from adorama.

I walked into a local shop where they were supposed to be out of stock of the 105 vr and some landed right when I walked in.

I slapped it on my camera and instantly knew my wallet was getting lighter....

Just snaps around the shop were amazing with it though.

I purchased a used D800, a new Sigma 12-24 and a new Tamron 24-70 in the last 3 weeks. If my wife hears, "one more thing" I may be homeless. LOL

Wow this is sooo familiar. I thought I was the only one. What I do now is send all my new purchases to a freinds house. Being my wife is a UPS driver I can't get away with to much.

My neighbor is a UPS driver and his route includes our houses..... I regularly meet him so packages don't make it to the door....

I could really see myself using only 2 lens as a walk around kit this spring. The sigma 35 art and nikkor 105 vr macro.

Strike that. My sling with the 105VR, 35 Art, and tamron 70-200 VC weighs more than a 6 month old......

But damn is it a great combo.....

I told my wife that my D7100 is coming in Thursday and she told me not to open it till she got home. She was still mad that the D7000 was my Christmas gift and I did not wait to open it till she got home. She wants to watch me open it. Damn, I have a good wife.
