Well I have not done an update on Pat in a while and today was a big deal. The wound clinic discharged her saying that the massive wound she had was now officially healed. She still has to protect the skin for about six months because it is not fully matured, but that is just keeping a piece of cotton cloth between it and the grown up skin. God is good...
She still has a ways to go on memory, but that improves every day and we just keep praying, but having the wound healed is a huge step. They even let her ring a bell when they discharged her from the wound clinic. It is a good day!
