The forecast path shown above is the Bureau's best estimate of the cyclone's future movement and intensity. There is always some uncertainty associated with tropical cyclone forecasting and the grey zone indicates the range of likely tracks of the cyclone centre.
Due to the uncertainty in the future movement, the indicated winds will almost certainly extend to regions outside the rings on this map. The extent of the warning and watch zones reflects this.
This product is designed for land-based communities; mariners should read the coastal waters and high seas warnings.

Yeah been getting a bit windier now but nothing bad.

Will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings.
They seem to be getting pretty good at predicting the path of these things.
If it does follow the predicted path, you will be getting the winds on the edge of a cat-2 cyclone tomorrow afternoon.

Yeah but Nathan has been going around in circles so it will be interesting to see where he goes, just checked out earth :: an animated map of global wind, weather, and ocean conditions and the centre appears to be over land but I dont know how accurate it is, have around half an hr to wait for next update.
