With all the itching and scratching I don't know what I did next. My settings were all messed up!! I don't usually look at my shots until I get home, so I never noticed it.

Since it was sorta dark under the trees, I started changing my settings. Then I got bit again. When I looked at my legs, there were 10 deer flies on me. I couldn't shake them off, so I left. So, all I got were rotten shots which I couldn't make any better.

They walked over to the parking lot of the farm stand. They never even looked. This truck was parked, other cars did stop for them.

Two different gators? The eyes on the second shot look like they're bulging. Don't recall ever seeing any like that.

Still have 2.5 weeks to go. Let's see some of that wet water!!

Thanks Bill! Still have a bunch more to process. They were just hanging around, then moved into parking lot. Lots of vehicles avoided them.

Wednesday afternoon I was heading to Loxahatchee Wildlife Refuge. When I turned onto the entrance road, the Sandhill Cranes with their colt were at the entrance to Bedner's Farm Stand.
