    I can't follow the techno-gargon that Nikon spins out about this lens but apparently the "e" on 5.6e does make a difference. Half a stop better than the competition (which makes a big difference when mounting a 1.4 TC) But apparently it has "e"xtra special F stops. Whatever they did they...

    Now that the leaves are almost gone in some trees it makes it a little easier to spot those birds that have either don't migrate or have not yet migrated. Mind you that little grey one does blend in with the trees branches. One is a sparrow of some sort, maybe a clay? The other is a female robin.
