As you are a Mac user already then I agree with what @Jerry_ says stick with OSX. If you want to just do tethered shooting then the entry level macbook pro or the macbook air are perfectly capable of doing what you want. I am not aware of any tethered solution that uses just an iPad though...

Entry #3 Kiln

These are bottle kilns at the Gladstone Pottery Museum in the Staffordshire Potteries. Its a working pottery museum. Kilns like these were all over Stoke on Trent and the surrounding area from the 18th Century to the early 20th. Lots of bricks !

My neighbour is a UK Kennel Club member and dog show judge. She lives and loves dogs. She has asked me to take some pictures of her dogs for her to use on Christmas cards this year. The dogs are Pugs so quite small. Any suggestions on best compositions ?

I am beginning to think J-see and @mikew have got a pet gull which they have trained to do stunts so they can share for their pictures :suspicion:
