Haven't read Kelby's book(s). I'm takin' your word for it though. Busch at least finds some humor at times, albeit a little dry. But he thoroughly goes through a camera and knows how to write. @RocketCowboy

I thought this subject was overdue and maybe some of us, especially me, might learn something. My favorite lens right now is the 70-140 mm DX Out of all the lenses I've owned, I'd have to say the 14-24 mm f/2.8. It was just outstanding for the lack of distortion on a wide angle lens.

Thanks @grandpaw / Jeff....that's what I remember reading in the past. It means you are taking a $1900 risk. Unless you can find someone that knows how to repair a DSLR and can get the parts, which I doubt. Thanks for doing the homework for us!

It's a shame to see all the camera shops go down.....I would have supported them, but the ONE we have here in Durham doesn't carry that much.....pretty slim pickin's.....so I rarely go there. @yauman

@jake....my Sony didn't arrive in the original box but I bough it refurbed. I wasn't the happiest with their lack of a charger, but I received one as part of a bundle deal. I couldn't bitch too much since I did get one for free. I wish you the best and the picture you posted was crystal clear...
