Moved up to the new iPhone 4s with its 8mp camera. It is better than most P&S cameras I have seen. Still like my Nikon better but I have the phone with me all the time. Great backup Straight from the phone

Shooting through fence, hence the cropping. Also, this is the first time I have used in camera cropping. I have the raw image... need to go in and see what proper PP can do. OK, A little editing Marcel. Any better?

I had to settle for the local zoo this afternoon.

Actually it is pretty easy to remove things with PhotoShop. Using content aware fill I removed the top part of the post. Smudged the sky and clouds to make them appear correct. Spent about ten minutes. used clone on the rest of the post to remove it.

Just make sure the "from Computer" tap is active and click on "Select files" a bottom and once you locate your file on your computer then click on upload.

A walk on a dirt road

Was doing some night shooting in downtown Montgomery, AL. This is part of a 1800s fountain that is on the street that the capitol is on.

Thought I would try a little night photography. This is a pretty dark place at night. The D3100 kicked it up to ASA 3200 and made it look like daytime.

I was at the local WalMart recently and noticed they had a 24 inch HP roll printer. I checked out the prices and say that they were dirt cheap. $10 for a 16 X 20 cheap.
