Could someone who owns both cameras, or used to own one and now owns the other, tell me please if the D300 comes close or as about equal to the D3100 as far as low light capability?

I've been using this program to automatically sync to Flickr. It is however buggy, and a lot of times it just wont work. Lately I just manually upload photos, but syncing makes things a bit easier. Anyone using this program, or have any suggestions for a similar program that works?
