Steam Into history New Freedom PA. This rail bed is the same one that Lincoln traveled to Gettysburg on in 1863 and that his funeral train traveled in 1865.

The real reason we rode the train. We heard he would be riding on our trip back. Look Santa, I have a red shirt just like you!! Confederate prisoner pressed into service handing out presents to the kids.

Took a ride on the Steam Into History train. It runs on the same rail bed that the train that brought Lincoln to Gettysburg and the Lincoln funeral train used to come through York County. The Confederates also raided some areas along this route on their movements to Gettysburg. Every trip has a...

There were no Canadian Geese on this lake all summer so I guess he is just here vacationing for the winter. I tried to check his passport but he took off. :cool:

The change of seasons, a few milkweed seeds hanging on from autumn while if you look close those white spots are ice on the lake. Winter is coming. ​
