Here is my entry for this week's challenge. It's been a long time since I've entered. I hope to be a bit more present in the future.

Well since it's cold and snowy outside you'll have to suffer yet another cat portrait. This time with my X-E2 and 18-55 lens. I've yet to run into a Nikon lens that sharp. This lens makes me think of my older Leica lenses... Oh, this is from the straight out of camera jpeg file.

It's an HDR of "Pointe à la Renommée", in the St-Lawrence golf where Marconi sent the first earth to ship telecommunication in 1904. There is a museum in the small building beside the lighthouse. The print is 24x36. When we got there it was sunny but the cloud quickly swarmed in and the light...

It's been a few days since I last posted so I'll upload a few shots from this week. Most of them are abstracts done by the river, trying to capture interesting reflections. And the shadow of the window screen casted on a leaf in my kitchen window early in the morning.
