I sold one of my D70s recently, and I'm giving my other one to a charity thrift shop with an old Sigma 28-200 mounted on it. That was the first digital SLR I owned. Many good memories attached to that camera. :)

This is an interesting vid from Moose Peterson. I like his idea of bringing down saturation after using dehaze for a more natural look. He's using Adobe Camera Raw, but all of this would apply when using Lightroom, as well.

I thought I'd post this shot at 12800 ISO to help people with deciding if the D500 can handle high ISO to their satisfaction. It is cropped a tiny bit, no noise reduction or sharpening, and no exposure adjustment. Sized to 1000 pixels on the long end.

The band that my wife and I are in played a benefit concert last week and earned $190 for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society. That's me on the right with the zoned out look on my face. :) We're playing again tomorrow night.
