Jersey Girl passed a week ago Thursday. She caught my COVID and it went to pneumonia. She was 14 and just unable to beat it. She just didn’t wake up. All my girls are gone now. Very quiet at the house.

In affect you are simply cropping inside the camera. You can do that and an 810 would work, but if yo are going for wildlife go to a used D500 or an 850 used. The 500 is an Excellent camera. The 850 has higher resolution than the 810 so if you are going to crop in camera you have much higher...

Get the TAP device so you can update the lens if Tamron provides any firmware updates. It is not essential, but it is handy if you do not have a camera shop near by that can do it for you.

I do not have experience with the G2 150-600, but I did have the 70-200, and it was a good lens but not as fast as the 70-200 Z lens. There was a noticeable difference between the two. I do have the Nikon 200-500 f5.6, and it works very well with the adapter. I do not see a noticeable...

Actually was out and about a bit today...

You might have to break it down if it is an aluminum tripod, but the legs and other metal parts should be recyclable. If it is carbon fiber, I am not sure it could be recycled.

I think you made the right choice to sell. I got rid of my DSLRs because they were just sitting, and that’s not good for anything. hope you enjoy the new lens.
