I'm surfing on this post processing technique of juxtaposing the same image twice. Sometimes I see things that are really interesting come out of the combined images. In this case, human shaped face comes out strong.

Post processing a single image can sometimes lead to interesting picture. What does it make you think of?

Here's mine from a file of August 2010. As you can see, elements which are contrasty and close to the picture's border can distract quite a bit from the main subject. Once these distractions are taken out, the viewer's eyes can stay on the main subject without having to concentrate to stay...

Not taken today, but about 5 years ago with the D90. I was just working at getting familiar with the gradient filter in PS. And since our weather is not great for outdoor pics, PS tutorials is a great way to keep busy.

Post processing by duplication and pasting. The nightmare

I just did an entry for my Facebook group "Lumières Abstraites" (abstract light). The picture had to be of a camera. I used the reflexion from my X-10 lcd to get the group's page on my computer monitor. When flipped horizontally, I get this:
