I had to change my submission since I found the spot I had been looking for today. And I didn't think I'd have time to drop by. So here's my version of Breaking Bad.

Fuji X-E2 with Nikkor 50mm 1.8 D, reverse ring and fuji adapter. Spring is bringing life back from the earth.

Line's plant produced some flowers for the first time this year (a first for this plant). So I had to take a few shots and was too lazy to take the tripod out. So I used the old and infamous "spray and pray" technique to get just 2 acceptable shots.

I just had about 10 minutes to spare before a meeting tonight and got these canned in at our municipal nursery.

Little stream in a dark cloudy afternoon. This is what I had when I started post processing:

HDR from a single shot and a touch of Oil paint filter makes this portrait more dramatic.

And then the owner showed up and asked me if I wanted to have a look inside. I cranked up my Df to 3200 and put the Rokinon 14 2.8 on it and in I went. It was so dark that focusing was impossible so I relied on the focusing marks on the Rokinon. All hand held shots. I hope you enjoy.

I drove around a bit and got to this barn I've spotting for a while. It seems I was never there at the right time. But this time was different, the horses were outside and the light was good.
