This picture showed a spot on the sensor, have since bought a "Pro" cleaning kit. Not crazy about touching the sensor with cleaning paddles but not much choice....

Getting ready to dip toe in the HDR pool so am playing with Photomatix (Essentials). Playing around with single frames and the built in filter presets. To me this looks like the old time postcards...I like it.

I picked up a D70 for the sole purpose of it's auto bracketing feature. I have learned the controls of it and have no difficulty setting the parameters....and it's pretty cool. My question is about using the self timer. When I use the self timer, it won't take a bracketed set of exposures...

Have not found that EV setting yet...I know before when I found it I couldn't believe it was buried that deep in the menus and now I can't find it. I want to take a picture of the LCD and see why there is a setting that seems completely out of whack. See the shutter speed and f stop....what is...
