Another flower from my rainy day photo session. Don't know what this is either but I spotted it just off the road so I put down the window and took a shot. This blue flower is smaller than a fifty cent piece. Taken with D600 and 70-200VR lens.

Please read this first!!!! This is just a test picture with my new D600 and Tamron 24-70 lens. Both of the pictures on the mantle were almost black from where I took this picture and the little carved figures could not be seen at all with your eye due to how dark it was in the room. The camera...

This is a photo I took about three years ago but thought you may find interesting. The Osprey around here are very smart, because as you can see they have a fishing net in the nest for when they need to get dinner. This is a one in a lifetime shot!

This pair of Osprey were sitting here near their nest when another Osprey came flying up and they let him know in no uncertain terms that he was not welcome and to stay away. Shot with D7000 70-200VR and 2x teleconverter.

I have some more good news to share with my friends today! I was contacted by the credit union that is buying a bunch of my canvas photos and they are purchasing a file of another of my images that will be used on the front of their corporate credit cards. Example below. I blacked out the card...

I went out today with my D7000 and a Sigma 300-800mm zoom to try out this lens again. This time there were no bugs eating me up and the light was much better. Needless to say this shot is better than the last one I posted. F8 ISO 200 1/1000 sec

Osprey out on a limb. I took this with my Nikon D7000 and a Sigma 300-800mm at 800mm. With the crop factor added in it would be the film equivalent of 1200mm. It was taken in very bad light but I wanted to try the lens out.
