You could try cleaning the contacts on both your lenses and the camera using denatured alcohol or, my preferred cleaner, DeoxIT D100L and see if that solves the problem. DeoxIT is freakishly good stuff and this issue sounds like a communication problem between lens and body; so maybe a good...
