    A tiny Redbud blossom kissed by Spring shower. Again, my Tokina 35mm 2.8 macro. This is a shot, i confess that should have been shot off a tripod. I was really pushing the envelope on this

    One rule I have come to swear by is to shoot flowers in soft, hazy light and on cloudy days. That being said, this shot breaks the rule but I like the kind of inner glow the harsh sunlight emphasizes.

    A walk thru the neighborhood led to few flowers. One lawn had but one lonely little flower with it face turned to the Sun.

    Your number 1 bokeh prime lens??

    Am becoming fonder of this lens as I shoot more with it. Not an expert on bokeh but it seems to do a credible job. Tokina 35mm 2.8 Macro

    Went out the other day and it was cold, rainy, and generally miserable. The blossoms on the trees were too high up and had closed against the cold but I still came home with one I like. This one is for you Michael because I used your beloved 16-85

    Second bite of the apple. Used my 55-300 to compress the image and arrived at the "golden hour". Still want a more dramatic sky and boats. To have the Three River's Fountain going would also be a plus. Just have to see what the client says.

    Now for a church that I would not expect anyone to know except a local of Avalon Pa. It is the Greenstone Methodist Church and derives it's name from the unique color of it's stone facade.
