150-600mm telephoto lens: Sigma vs. Tamron?

Oh, I can sympathise with you @MaxBlake. I ordered the Tamron 150-600 and when it arrived I almost had to get a trailer to bring it home. Looks like there'll be a new tripod comin' up. *STRONG!!!

    D7200 wifi to WMU iphone

I just checked my D7200 with my iPhone 6S+. I don't remember the setup but I do remember being a little confused by a couple of things. Firstly, I had to turn ON WiFi in the camera every time I wanted to use it in the camera, secondly I had to go into the WiFi settings of the iPhone and look for...

    Post your Tree Photos !

In my driveway I've planted 5 of these Australian Native 'Eucalyptus Caesia - Silver Princess'. Grow to about 8 metres with a weeping habit but I've kept them trimmed to a couple of metres. Beautiful white bark with gum nuts that are white also. Taken with my new D7200 and even newer Nikon...

The 'plain' one of the bunch...the Long Billed Corella. Noisy and now moving into the suburbs in search of food. They seem to prefer to stay in flocks.

    Let's see some reptiles...

I'm assuming these are native 'Dragons'. From Australia. Shot through glass at feeding time. If you look carefully, you'll see Mealworms in their mouths. They love these things.

    Focus Issues...mine, not the cameras!

Yes, it probably was, although I wasn't being attentive. It was my first day with the camera. Compared with this, a better shot in my opinion.

    Focus Issues...mine, not the cameras!

Not all pics were as bad as this. Most, yes. I was about 6 feet from the bird. Using an 18-200 lens.

    Focus Issues...mine, not the cameras!

Feel a bit silly with this post but I'm having issues with focus on my new D7200. I went to a zoo the other day and had a LOT of out-of-focus pics. I found it very hard to get a centre weighted focus point that stayed put! Admittedly I was shooting everything from snakes to birds but I would...
