D300 too old?
One more from Yawgoo Valley Ski Area, best conditions in history of the area and at least 12" more natural OTW! Obviously super challenging midday flat light applied here in all these pics.....- hrstrat57

A few winter snaps with D300 /kit zoom Didn't feel it important enough to start a thread so I though I would just tag on here....a few winter scene pics from this AM taken during running pre blizzard errands. Pics either 55-200 AF-S VR or 18-55 VR with D300 Nikon capture NX-D slight cropping...- hrstrat57

Experiment shooting it at 280mm @Blacktop that is where mine is sharpest. However, I am convinced there is huge variation with this model...- hrstrat57

Some D1 basketball Kingston RI
Since some very respected posters appear to be enjoying the shots how about a few more? Interesting thing to note....this gym just put in an LED ribbon display. I had no idea how much it would influence the exposure at near court level! Nearly impossible to shoot M and get a constant exposure... -

Found it, and got it out. Maybe go skiing today, no work. Top 10 storm single snowfall event in these parts....but not Snowmageddon! Poodle as you can see wants out. Not happening.....- hrstrat57
