baseball/ ski hill Out for an evening drive and found myself greatly amused. As we drove through a heavy residential area we found a tiny little ski hill! As we drove around more through the houses we came across the neighbourhood baseball diamond up on top of the ski hill :)

Afternoon drive Every year I try to catch this neighbour out with his truck but never seem to pull it off. I'm 5ft tall so need to start learning how to use stilts :)

Pig wrasslin' 4-H weigh in and vaccinations. Oh the fun of getting a 113lb (51kg) pig out of a horse trailer and into the weigh scale with crowds of excited kids with goats and sheep :) Pride

Rufous boys -they seem more wary and territorial so I catch them watching me from other places than just the feeder. I have one single tulip up so far so no chance to catch them at flowers :)

To show size these are the little LED Christmas lights and I'm pretty sure they are what attract the hummers to my tree

Only the brave tough little Rufous comes up here the 2 girls at the favourite feeder it was -6C the night before I noticed the first hummer up at my tree and hurried to get the feeders out for them because there was NO flowers out yet. Amazing creatures

Horrible Someone threw their cigarette out into a ditch so 30 firefighters spent most of day in very dangerous conditions putting out a fire and someone lost their home based repair shop and had to vacate their home and property :( Many highly explosive welding materials etc in the burning...
