I had quite a variety here today. These Red-bellied Woodpeckers are extremely bashful. They, as all the birds seem to, seem to like the warm exhaust from the clothes drier. It makes it difficult to get a good picture, though.

So frosty this morning. I don't know what frozen nuggets this little guy was trying to pick up. It seems he he got disgusted and lost interest. Notice the frost on the tail feathers.

Camera was set to sport mode trying to catch flight. Instead, I caught the Downy Woodpecker bullying a Black-capped Chickadee that got to close. Sometimes one's good fortune is at the poor fortune of another.
