Pulled the trigger on a P7800 this morning. Couldn't resist.
Last Monday I finally decided on this one. I shop around on line all over the place. Hit Amazon first and saw it for $373.94 sold by J&R Music and Computer World. (A very legit company). Then went to B&H, Adorama, they both had...
With the completion of these 60 bottles and the 123 bottles not shown, plus the 36 bottles of beer, bottling day is officially over! ...bottling day was 7 days long this time. :very_drunk:
More Wine Making.
More Lightbox Work.
It always amazes me that a simple white balance correction can change the whole feeling of the photo.
This is for our upcoming Anniversary Party in Columbus, Ohio.
We invite 150,000 of our closest friends, and party all weekend!
April's Photos!
Product Photography Time!
Selling these on Ebay, so I made a lightbox for a total cost of nothing. I think I need more lighting though... Whatchya think?
Really bad photo of my light box.
Today, I de-labeled 204 used wine bottles and they're now ready for a bath, sanitizing, and filling.
The good part, or sad part depending on how you look at it, is that 17 cases of bottles didn't even put a dent in my empty bottle supply!
Meet my photographic nemesis; Glass.
This is a paperweight my son made at his very first glass blowing class! He'll be making me glass airlocks for my wine in no time!

This is what I decided to use the Amazon gift card I received for completing my Project 365. A new primary fermenter!! Also, inside the fermenter is a German Gewürztraminer (ga-VERTZ-trah-mee-ner).
Never had it, but always wanted to try it. It's one of those love it or hate it wines, there is...
Went out to get what will probably be the final chance to preserve this forever. The winds are changing, and are suppose to hit the mid 50's next week. Floods, they are a coming!
Walked out on our bridge to analyze the situation. Snow drifts on the west side were approaching 110 degrees...
Just spent two and half hours plowing from last night's "Light Snow Fall"
I kinda feel sorry for the Official Drift-O-Meter.
9AM. Decisions Decisions Decisions...
Have I mentioned I'm tired of this stuff? Called in to work, then called the BFP in to come do the driveway. Snowed in again.
The sun peeked through a big hole in the storm. See the church down there?
Yeah... Neither do I.
Our driveway is losing weight fast! It's getting so skinny!
I'm going to need some spelunking gear.
Just keep plowing, just keep plowing, just keep plowing.
