Re: Weekly Challenge June 8-15: "Shy Spider" Enjoy Pete

I took the liberty of punching this up a little bit. We don't have these flowers out here, and I wish we did! Great composition, the color just seemed to be a little washed out. Pete BTW, if I did bad, just let me know and it will never happen again. You have my word.

I carried my D70 kit and a monopod and walked all the way up and back. I remember that spot. Do you remember this one? And Anthony, bravery has nothing to do with it. Its called intelligence! I had very little. Pete

Day 46 "It followed me home! Can I keep it?" I have been waiting on these little beauties for the past 2 weeks. These Tiger Lilies are growing wild in the ditch by my driveway! Enjoy Pete

This is from the Passion Flowers that I rescued from the ground and put into a pot! That is a really screwed up rescue, right? Well, stay tuned. It gets better. As I have said before, 95% of my photography is taken here at home. Why? Simple. I do not drive. Since my heart attack back in April...

Day 44 "Crawling Wallenda" Enjoy Pete

Is this more like what you had in mind? Pete

Day 43 "More Hofstras" You know something? I have a LOT of flowers in my yard!! Enjoy. Pete

I think this is one of my best art shots. There is something about it that strongly appeals to me. Am I deluding myself? Pete

Day 41 "Blossoming Sunrise" Enjoy Pete

"Passion Flower" I'm pretty sure that I am breaking a rule somewhere, but I just had to get this posted so y'all could see it. I dug up a whole bunch of 'em and I got 'em in a bucket. Maybe they'll grow. Maybe not. Either way, I tried. Enjoy. Pete BTW We have broken 100 degrees and the Old...

Day 40 "Morning Hofstra Bloom" Enjoy Pete

I finally got the time to clean up everything and get some finished insulation and vapor barrier shots. I have started hanging the sheetrock and will be updating later this week. Enjoy. Pete

Day 39 "Lettuce Leaf" Kinda rushed, but I want to get to hanging sheetrock!!! Enjoy. Pete

Day 38 "Dew Soaked" Enjoy Pete

Day 37 "Shot From Below" Enjoy. Pete

Day 36 "Tiger" My Best Little Buddy. Enjoy. Yeah, I know. No real effort expended. I am just about wore out working on the studio. Little stuff like straightening the vapor barrier, adding a staple here and there, all the neatening stuff before I take a progress shot. Tiger was handy. A...
