    This is so confusing...

Not according to the religious group and Wiki, as I posted the link above... It was meant to be a joke, but obviously I didn't put enough smilies face in my post....

    Different size picture

Does anyone know why when you take a picture by looking into the viewfinder, the actual picture is wider than when taken by using the rear monitor? I always use the viewfinder, but today after taking a picture using the monitor, and comparing the two pictures, the monitor is missing about 25cm...

    Looking for advice

I will try to repost what I wrote yesterday, that for some reason got deleted... Thank you for helping me in making the right decision... I went ahead and bought the Z 24-120 lens... Your reply "You will appreciate the extra reach of the 24-120mm" was the tipping point for my decision as with...

    Looking for advice

Thank you for your reply... As far as I can see both the 24-70 and the 24-120 are S lenses, and the reason why I mention the AF 24-120 lens was only because I saw one new for sale at a reduced price of around $500 (that's AUD). As mentioned above I will go for the Z24-120....

    Looking for advice

So if I understood you correctly, that's why there are no FX 16-50 Lenses.. That's great. Next question.. Considering that I also have the FTZ, would it make sense to also look at the F Mount options or you don't think is worth it? What I also like about the DX 16-50 is the short body length...

    Looking for advice

The Zfc camera did came with the Nikkor Z DX 16-50 / 3.5-6.3 VR lens, and now I would like to get a similar lens (16-50) for the Z7II. Now here is where it gets confusing... I notice that the camera auto adjust when you use a DX lens, but my question is, why Nikon doesn't make a Z 15-50 lens...

    Snap Bridge or Tethering Options

Thanks for the tip about the option to download full size... For my single need (remote control only) the best and easy option it to activate Wifi only.. No data, no BT and no location... This seemed to do the trick as it connect almost instantly... The only missing option (unless I had some...

    Snap Bridge or Tethering Options

I had just the chance to try Snapbridge for the first time today... Took nearly 30 minutes just because it wanted to use Bluetooth and precise location, where I wanted to use Wifi only and no internet... Eventually the software gave up and allowed me to use the WiFi only option... I got...

    G'day from Australia

    Viltrox compatibility

I can only agree on your comment... It just shows a sense of insecurity on Nikon part.. There will always be two kind of customers... The one that just sticks to the brand, no matter what, and the one that need a lens on a budget... A clever company takes care of both customers and makes sure...

How to stack multiple portable hard drives

HD and SSD can run on any 360° axis. There is nothing inside that can be affected by their position. Two things they don't like: 1) Strong magnetic field 2) Getting bumped while the heads are not parked

How to stack multiple portable hard drives

The only reason why I mentioned the Velcro is the fact that you can put external drive anywhere you wish, even on the underside of the computer table you are using, for example... The beauty of the Velcro is that you can do almost any combination and the large Velcro is designed to carry very...

EN-EL25/EN-EL25A batteries, why doesn't Nikon do this?

How old is the Nikon battery? If we want to be accurate we need to compare apple for apple... Like mentioned before, in my experience the OEM batteries, and this is not just related to Nikon or who ever makes the batteries for K&F, more often than not, they simply are not the same quality as...

My stack has been held together by Velcro forever... I don't need to use them all at once... I'm talking about the 50mm wide hard Velcro that you can buy at the Hardware store...
