On my Z6III I have the MB-N14. Would like to program the AF-ON button the same as the AF-ON button on the camera, which is set up for back focus. I set it for AF-ON or Same as AF-ON and it isn't focusing. I tried to program the Vertical multi selector for Select center focus point and it...

    Focus Question

Try back button focus. Normally camera will focus when shutter release is half way depressed. With back button you can set focus, re-compose and what you focused on remains in focus.

Should I shoot JPG or RAW?

You can set camera to record Raw on one memory card and JPEG on the other. You can set camera to record RAW on one memory card and JPEG on the other. If the JPEG is good, use that. If exposure, white balance or something else needs changing, you have the raw file you can modify.

    Wedding Photography a Dying Industry?

Yes, technology has made some aspects of photography easier, but the skill of the photographer is paramount. If one doesn't understand posing and hasn't mastered lighting, and doesn't know how to compose, they won't be a good wedding photographer.
