Tried "smart sharpen" (gimp) on the moon image. First is the original and second the "smart sharpened". What's the deal, good? or bad? Comment, please.

Tried "smart-sharpen" in Gimp: still behind a bit from Fred's Photo AI result. I think refining the smart-sharpen process can close up. (But it is not the purpose of this AF-C test, which stands to achieve in focus, sharp images from live shooting, not from the sharpening process.)

This is a real field test with sigma 600mm, handholding, and OS on. The plane was moving quite fast. Targeting failed three times. Finally fired a burst before it's gone. The sharpness rate was 0 to 4! The best-savaged one is still a bit soft. Disappointing...
