Cold weather, time to light the fireplace and spend time beside it...

Dear Respected member (UmarPK),

Riots and turmoil are ONLY in Athens, and these between rightish-leftish rioters. Judging from your avatar picture, perhaps you are terribly misinformed, confusing us with some other theocratic, dictatorial, islamist fanatic, authoritarian, states, especialy to the east.
Please refrain from this.

People here are very sensitive drom such comments, especially when coming from such countries-providers of illegal immigrants that cross illegaly our borders, to only cause trouble to us.
Please, this forum and thread is not the place for such conversations.

Thank you.

Sorry I had to jump in and delete what some others and I think of an offensive post. Also, these projects are started by individuals and I think these welcome commentaries as far as they are about photography. We have other forums for other topics.

That's fine I understand what I posted would have been too hurtful to the respected member from bailout Greece, though in fairness you should have also deleted post #93 which makes unnecessary rubbish immigration remarks. Failure to do so shows your bias as a moderator.

Just a quick question, what has any of this to do with photography or Nikon equipment which is the purpose of this forum? My bias is to not discuss politics on a photography forum.

To better your understanding you should read the original question I posted, which is whether the OP was willing to share photos of the recent events in his country which mind you has received international attention, this does fall under photography related subject. Hope you can learn to understand. Nobody was discussing politics but photos related to the event, hope you can differentiate between the two reading my first post may help with that.

Regards

HANG ON ONE MINUTE...the well respected member from bail out Greece is well respected on this site...if you think anyone on this site's stuff is "unnecessary rubbish" perhaps you should keep your negative opinion to yourself or maybe be a little more suave and tasteful about it you know.

Who are you anyway? What have you done? You have a Nikon? You have some pictures? You like cats? LOL
