@weebee.. I thought you were saving your extra money because you have twin Grand babies on the way, or is Mrs Weebee going to take to take care of that in spite of you ? :) :)

Lol. We both are. Each week we buy a 50.00 gift card from Sears or a baby store. Should be a decent amount by the due date.

I've been negligent in my posts recently. Partly because not everything has been "purchased" by me, but somewhat acquired.

I got a few things for Christmas to try out ... specifically a calibration target for getting better exposure metering or white balance reads, a Spyder lens calibration tool, and a better SD card reader (since my Mac Pro lacks an SD card reader at all.

Then, just after getting back from Christmas I tried to use a $50 Amazon gift card for a speedlight and ended up with TWO Yongnuo YN568EXs!

This home lighting project is starting to take off. :D

I bought that same card reader, and found I couldn't use it! So mine is just collecting dust! Lol
But my laptop isn't running windows nor Mac, so hopefully you'll have much better luck buddy! :D

Working great for me so far. If you aren't running Windows or Mac ... linux? I'm guessing it's a driver issue with the card reader?

Yep, that is about it. Service personnel tried to help and found that it just won't work on my laptop. But I found a cheapie reader that does! Lol :)
