Since you posted this in Critiques I'm assuming you'd like some feedback? First off, beautiful image and exposure. I love the way the forground trails into the lower right corner! My recommendation is regarding composition. You have the far-off mountain peak dead center of the image. I'm wondering if the image would be more dramatic if you cropped about half of the sky?

I completely agree with Eduard regarding cropping the sky some more.

Is this a panorama or did you just crop it to look like one?

Beautiful scene . . . are those the Himalyas in the distance?

Thank you, Eduard! I tried cropping the sky as per your recommendation but I found that the small hill on the left end appeared a wee bit imposing. Well, that's what I saw thru my lookers, that ofcourse, are not trained. I wanted to post the cropped version but couldn't due to some technical problems here as the image isn't getting uploaded at all. If u have time then I would love to see you do the cropping of the image. I would appreciate that.

This is a place called Tonglu in the Singalila Wild Life Santuary here in Darjeeling. Once can see the whole Kanchanjunga range from here and the views of Sunrise and sunset are just wonderful. Trekkers halt here for the night before walking towards Sandakphu from where one can see the whole Himalayan range, including Mt. Everest.

I cropped this pic to give it a panoramic effect. Thank you for your comments, Helene. They help me shoot a better one next time.
