I think these are called Desert Rose.

Yes they are. When I found some on the grounds of the old Orchid Society, it took me 2 days research to find that out. A few weeks later, I noticed them in someones yard. We had a little chat and she confirmed Desert Rose. It's amazing how many I see in gardens now that I know what they are.

A teensy bit warmer in Melbourne today. Spring is on its way. Three shots from my garden. Tree Peony Rose (first flower), Common old mauve daisy and the last two shots are of the Leptospermum (I hope that's right) and a close up of the same flower. Cheers, Brad :)
