I am a noob and this is such a shame... and stupid... Jeff has been nothing but friendly to me and others and we are trying to learn from the good photogs here... notice I said learn, not steal!

I just want to thank Jeff and all who continue to help us rookies... I have made progress but a long way from Marilynne, Marcel, Jeff.. all the rick's etc. I want to learn, there is no satisfaction in in claiming someone elses work...

I AM DONE POSTING PICTURES FOR AWHILE!!!!!!!!!!!!! madcapmagishion is stealing my pictures and posting them as his own. I have now found additional sites and additional pictures of mine posted by him and I am THOROUGHLY PO'd!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the BIGGEST LOW LIFE I have ever run in to. Get out the blood pressure medicine. I won't say what is really on my mind out of respect for others on this site.

How did you find them? Maybe he's stole from a few of us too… I wonder if there is anything we could do.

The way I did it was to go to Google and click on images and then drag your picture into the space indicated and it brought it up.

I will say that on some of mine he left the data that says Copyright by Jeff Impey on it but on some he removed the data all together.

I feel sad that this has happened.

I must admit, I gave him the benefit of the doubt when it was just the one photo, ( though its beyond me why you would collect other peoples photos and mix them with your own )
But if it is spread over a number of sites and the are multiple photos, then there is only one thing that I can conclude, and that is GUILTY as accused.

I always thought people who watermarked their photos were being overcautious, but I can see now why they feel they have to do it. Especially if its your living.

I hope it doesn't discourage people from posting their work, but I fear it will make people think twice.

lol. . .hey im gonna be brave right now and post. . .i really enjoy sharing my pics with you all. . .hope the feeling is mutual. . .just picked up a new knife on ebay so i did a shoot with one of my snakes. . .the knife is actually a Kershaw Ken Onion "BOA". .
