I would love to take a picture like that, but down south of you Canadians we have moved past the horse and buggy making them blacksmiths kind of obsolete. :)

Great picture and looks perfect in B&W.
This was done during our local photo club to an historic village.

Come to Kentucky. Thoroughbred industry keeps them busy.

Well I took this shot at the Sherbrooke photo club and it got awarded 2 points. The judges thought it was a strong picture that had a lot of interesting elements. The title I had given it was: "Hard labour".

And I got two more votes for this one. I guess I'm a happy camper tonight.

Just so everyone knows, I was just ribbing Marcel. I knew exactly what was going on and that we too have blacksmiths.

As to the spider looking one, I still stare at that one. It creates such an obstacle illusion that I can't help but stare.

You must have very good reviews with your football portraits. I think the players must be happy with the pictures. I hope you do get a lot of referrals and make a few bucks with these.

Very nice studio work and lighting.

Parents and kids do love them. Only had one mom that preferred the non gritty look, but as she said, it is a mom thing and never wanting her boy to grow up.

Thank you for the compliments.

Took this one mostly so Line could show her knitting project to her class, but I love the shallow depth of field that separates the background from the main subject.

Tricking or treating neighbourhood.
I set up a backdrop and took photos of the little tricksters.
This was the best individual shot.
