I can tell you that my food is a great food during a diet. I am on diet trip as well, and once or twice a week I eat food I posted and I am going to post. Honestly, I don't gain any weight at all. I lost weight or I keep the same and loose faster. Diet shouldn't be boring but fun with great food. I lost since my diet journey 24 kgs or 52.9109429 pounds so far. I started one year ago. I have to tell you, not one day I am loosing my mood of diet.

good for you Michael, you are just ahead of me, i was 50 lbs off last week, my goal is 4 more pounds and i will see what happens after that, dont want to put it on again.

I try to cook things that are interesting and that still don't kill my diet. Don't always succeed though.
@Roy1961 we may have to jump on a plane and go visit [MENTION=13861]Michael Jaeger[/MENTION] and let him cook for us.

Made today afternoon for my beloved wife and my beloved daughter as a surprise. I tasted one and it is so yummy. Can't wait when my two girls coming home and they taste them.

Congrats to those of you who are losing all the weight.

I consider myself lucky. I've never had a weight problem (except for the first two years after quitting smoking). Now that my wife has retired, there is a hot meal ready every evening shortly after I get home from work. Add that to he fact that my health has greatly reduced my mobile abilities, I think some pounds may begin seeking places on me where they can set up residency.

My wife loves these and bakes them a couple of times every year. I don't like them, but eat a few to make her happy.
