,what is this and have you any idea why it would be coming in very low along the tide line at Cleethorpes boating lake head towards Cleethorpes.

C130 Hercules

@mikew as jaydean says it is a C130 Hercules transport aircraft. Probably on a low level training mission and may have been using the range at Donna Hook.

The HAA is located right in the middle of Savannah so it almost requires a semblance of that Technique. He was not that high as he circled but you may be right!!
