Not really the focal length for such a distance but if you don't take the shot, you don't know what the lens can do.

Cheers Lee, A-10's are something i'd like to see, especially as they're a dying breed. Remember them regularly circling a hill i used to live near as a kid.

Me too, they used to be over our house constantly as they waited for clearance on to the range at Cowden. Guessing Lakenheath will be the only place you will definitely see them but I won't make it there. I have Monay off so going to see Typhoon display pilot fly at Coningsby at 10.30 then take my chances at Donna Nook.
