A young cane toad decided to hop into my lounge room, due to them being poisonous he had a meeting with my sneaker.
These guys have knocked the local population of anything that tries to eat them. They are poisonous from young and can kill even a saltwater crocodile. Many predators have learnt to avoid them or crows turn them over and avoid their poison glands. The only snake we have that can eat them is a Keel back but only to a certain size and they grow BIG real Big....

Wow what a day, it was hot, sticky and I spent it with a German, Canadian and 2 Australians. WAS A BALL :)

It always happens, when you do not have a macro lens you find a bright arsed bug that you have never seen and try to get it with a non macro 16-35... well you get the idea.

The coloring of the skin that I can see reminds me of Missouri Rattlesnakes...wow.

Such beautiful country up there Scott :D Looks like you and me both are in for some wet weather this week :(
