I'll post it when I get home later.Of course not, I would appreciate it. What is the best way to Photoshop out the blue haze? I'm still learning my way in the program. Thanks!

I like the first, which would display on a wall nicely, but I would tighten the crop, both for the plane and to push the interest a bit and tone down the blue (I've taken the liberty)

Very interesting Hark. Could you please explain to me how you merged the two photos? I can't seem to get the hang of it. I'm going to fiddle around with your idea and see if I can come up with a balance that would be good for the size of print I decide on. . I'm wondering just what the right amount of asphalt would look just right in proportion to the tree. I just wish I had brought a different lens so I could have gotten the entire tree. Darn!Since you have two photos, you do have the option to merge them together. I did a quick edit by starting with the original then extended the bottom of the canvas. Then I cropped the second photo by selecting the bottom part with the walkway and grass, then pasted it onto the extended canvas of the first image. It took a little work to blend the sidewalk area, but it should work if you try it. They didn't quite line up as you can tell from your watermark so I had to use the healing brush to copy some of the grass and asphalt on the lower right hand side.
From here the image can be cropped lengthwise to add a little more to the bottom.

Nicely done..Would you mind telling me how you went about toning it down, I'd like to experiment with it a bit...Thanks!
I use a Mac. I don't think FastStone works with it. Any alternates?I don't use PS much unless I'm at the college. For day-to-day, I use FastStone and for this, used the color controls to drop the blue about 10% and add a few points of brightness and contrast.
I see you have LR5. Go to your "color" tab in the develop modual ,click on blue, and adjust the saturation.I use a Mac. I don't think FastStone works with it. Any alternates?
