Hey Doug, I hope you are getting some relief from that back of yours.

I can sympathize what you are going through, as I had a prolapsed disc a few years back.
The Chiropractor I went to actually made it worse. in the end I found a really good masseuse (spelling ? ) He helped me a lot.
Backs can be so painful.

Knowledge of what causes the problem can be a big help as well.
My Mother gave me a book by Sarah Keys,

Back In Action | Sarah Key Physiotherapist for Back Pain

I bought another book of hers as well. Some really good information in her books.

Thanks Brad. This injury has been a pain in the.....backside.....so to speak. I will look into the books too. Thanks for the heads up.

So frustrating. That ROAR shot was the best I got.....just couldn't quite get the face in focus....maybe next time. At least I gave it a go....27 times.....

I think it is a brilliant shot.
The rest are too but that one stands out for me.
I think a macro will be my next lens and you will be to blame

thats with the 50 1.8D and the Raynox DCR-250 clip on lens. I don't own a macro either. The Raynox just allows for closer focusing with some added magnification. And cost less than 90 US $. It has been a game changer for some of my lenses.

Wooohoooo! Got everything popped back in place! Now I am just waiting on the muscles to calm down and unwind. No pain...just a stiffness.

Ok...A few Flower shots from today!! Yay! A recent cold spell has really put a damper on our Spring flowers here.

Stupid Prick (1 of 1).jpg

Found this prick in my new bed. He was quickly terminated.

Too bad they only come in white. They remind me of fireworks for some reason.
