On those first two photos it looks like you could of used a couple of thick books under your right foot when they were taken! LOL

I believe this is a Blue Headed Vireo (correct me if I am wrong). Spent about 15 minutes trying to get a picture of them as they seem to be a rather hyper bird. These are the best shots. (this is bird number 99 for me)
