And last one - photos loaded individually today as last time I did a mass upload the connection bombed out on me and it brought out a side of my character I prefer no to reveal.

I really like how you focus in on the little details - subjects a lot of people don't see.

Thanks mate. There are so many little things that we never see. Sometimes my flat mate and I go out together, walk together and each of us is snapping away. When we get back and compare photos we are always amazed at what the other captured that was completely missed by the other one.
"I didn't see that, where was that?" kinda thing.

Day 85

Man keeping up with the day #s is proving a mission!

I purposely went out with the "wrong" lens today to test myself. I took the 70-300mm and it was an interesting and uncomfortable outing.
Uncomfortable because most of the shots were candid street shots in an area where there are very few people around at any one time. Conclusion is it is obvious what I was up to.
However there were other opportunities too.

I like this first one because of her position in the frame. Only thing I did here was a small crop.

Cross Roads LOL.jpg

This lady had that serene "I am pregnant and happy" look about her. Bumped into her again later.

A lovely looking animal. Pity about the ear I sliced off.

An attempt at panning.

Someone staked a claim - I wonder who?
Someone was here LOL.jpg

Then my favourite of the day - left to last so you have to wade through the others. ;)
Mr and Mrs Pythagorus LOL.jpg

Now let's hope they all go through at once.

I can see you becoming an expert at "minimalist" Lawrence :D another cool roofline

Yes it is funny that but I don't think it is what I want to develop. Still casting the net wide to see what I like.
I like street photography/candid portraits but they bring in all sorts of emotions (of guilt and "am I allowed" etc.)

I haven't ventured forth to do any street shots. I can't even get my camera out in a big store, or the local market :(

I know exactly what you mean. Like Vixen I simply can't bring myself to get out the camera to photograph strangers.
"Oh, conscience, why do you keep bugging me?!?"
I think I might need to start out with street performers, then move on to their audience, and then maybe it wouldn't feel too weird to move on to to random people?

By the way, great photos from you the last weeks. Keep up the good work :)
