Pat, I really like my D7000 and my D600 even more but that D90 will take some excellent pictures. In my opinion my D90 was one of the greatest cameras I have owned.

I agree 100% with you Jeff. The D90 is still a superb camera and beginners as well as advanced photographers should not snob them. Paired with a 17-55 2.8 Nikkor, it can produce outstanding images.

I don't remember the distance but it was taken using my Nikon 70-200VR lens and D7000

The animals at the Global Wildlife Center all run free and will come up to the wagon that you ride in to get food. These are just a few shots of the animals at the site.
