So is that Kosher so long as we link and reference? I'm asking, not being an antagonist. I had wanted to just put the picture in the post.

No offense taken. . . when you reference by url and make sure it isn't copied to the Nikonites server, I've thought it was legal. Anyone have a different opinion or knowledge?

That is a cool image. How did he get that high up? Maybe 'ejected' from near the pad area during launch?

Regarding posting the image, there seems to be a lot of fuss about nothing, nobody claimed to have taken the image and a reference was posted along with it.
