Yes, they are. It's really noticeable since we haven't been going to Wakodahatchee as often since my elbow.

Visited with doctor last week. X-rays show it's healing nicely. Next visit and hopefully last visit at the end of this month. Still sleeping with the splint at night.

I do notice the camera gets heavy after an hour. Started riding my bike again. Started slow with an 8 mile trek, up to 24 miles now.
